Now entering their ninth annual season, these sessions start on Saturday 28 September and then run monthly until May 2020. The first session is open to those who have no previous track experience as well as to more experienced riders.
Cost is £20 per session to cover hire of the velodrome and a contribution to the expenses incurred by the coach. Bike hire is £10 per session. Hire of shoes is £3.50 (you can use your own if Look Keo compatible). Bring your own helmet.
All sessions are held on Saturdays, from 1.30 pm until 5.30 pm. Further dates confirmed are 26 October, 23 November, 28 December, 25 January, and 22 February. At least one of these sessions will be open to riders with no previous track experience but, for maximum benefit, novices should endeavour to attend the first session on Saturday 28 September.
