The PHSG Cycle group is an activity of the Poole Heart Support Group, arranging short easy cycle rides for fun and to aid the health of people with heart problems. The rides are 15 to 20 miles long and are organised and led by CTC members as a part of the CTC Bournemouth Members Group.
If you are a PHSG member with a heart problem, you must check with your doctor that the activity is suitable for you. All CTC members are welcome to join in.
